The application process for the Pharmacology - Toxicology program is currently closed.

1. The application for 2027 will open on October 21. Please check back then.
2. If you are a transfer student, please note that you must also submit an application to UW Undergraduate Admissions by February 01, 2027.
3. In order to begin your Application, you must use your NetID login and password.  Transfer students must begin their undergraduate application and obtain a NetID before beginning the Pharmacology-Toxicology Application.
