Graduate Programs Coordinator (Senior Student Services Coordinator)


 

 

 


  • Administer and manage the School's three graduate programs; track academic progress of graduate students from entry to degree completion
  • Administrative support to committees in the School focused on graduate education and student issues; help implement committee decisions
  • Manage recruiting/promotional efforts and graduate admissions; serve as main contact to prospective students.  Coordinate the processing of applications for admissions.  Coordinate fall orientation activites for new graduate students.
  • Provide advising to current graduate students and graduate alumni; provide information on campus career planning and services.
  • Academic and career advisor to students in the B.S. Pharmacology/Toxicology Program
  • Promote student professional development
  • Strengthen School's alumni relationships with graduates of the School's three graduate programs and its undergraduate program
  • Maintain online student handbooks for the PharmSci and SAS graduate programs.
